I hired a car at Heathrow. They took a £2500 deposit because I had my own insurance, then immediately cashed it! A month later and I still haven't gotten it back.
They owe me other money for another issue and it seems I may never see it again.
As far as I can tell they do this a regular practice, since there's no way to get human contact with them.
