I paid for car rental in advance through Easyjet with my husband named as driver. I always do the booking and my husband does the driving.
When we arrived at Glasgow airport to pick up the car, the firm insisted my husband had to pay using a Mastercard. He did not have one with him as always uses his debit card so the company said we had reneged on the deal as we hadn’t read the small print and weren’t eligible for a refund. We had to hire a car from another company. Do not use this firm!
