I received great service
The staff at the Gatwick branch were friendly, efficient and professional
Of course there is an element of up selling once you arrive
But other than that , overall, the service I received was excellent in regards to the amount I paid
I feel that they are working towards eliminating those issues and poor reviews that had been highlighted on social media regarding their previous, negative, practices that was adopted by the company in the past
