Shocking customer service when Parking Eye give you a fine for overstaying the free parking 30 minute time - no staff tell you or advise you and you’re displaying a valid disabled badge - and the reason you’re delayed is because of their processes taking beyond 30 mins - then they refuse to intervene as it’s between Parking Eye and the vehicle registered keeper
Will never use again I feel scammed
