Bullies and charged £2500 deposit on a normal car. Then tried to bully me into taking a car I hadn’t booked after keeping me waiting so long that anyone else would have agreed, just to finish with them and get on their way. But I took a taxi home instead and now still haven’t been reimbursed by Carjet who say I should have cancelled before the car collection time. It was because Green Motion weren’t ready with my car and the long delay to assist me which was not my responsibility.
What a terrible terrible company ethos.
