I had a bad experience with Green Motion - a person trying to make me pay far, far more than required - luckily a fellow employee straightened him out. But ... decided to try them again because their prices are good. Had a fine rental, no issues. So, tried them again. This time they noticed two small marks on the car (not made by me!!) I had been very careful with the car, parking far away from the shop in parking lots, etc. So I was concerned! Gill and Abdul rechecked the car, and the dent was found not to be new, and a mark from another car who had opened their door onto mine, was rubbed away ... so no damage due to me, and no extra charges. I just want to say thank you to Gill and Abdul, and so should Green Motion, because without their reasonable assessment of the car marks, I would've been dinged for damages that were not my fault. They saw that I was not to blame, and went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't blamed for something not my fault. Because of these two guys, I will rent again from Green Motion. Kudos to you two guys!!!
