i've dealt with some shameful car hire companies in my time, but these guys take the biscuit. one person in the office, keeping me waiting for half an hour and actually locking the office (with me inside) while he went out to book a car in, the system crashing and then taking ages to reboot, and then claiming my credit card didn't work when they had actually already taken the deposit, refusing to give me the car and then abandoning the booking. i then had their blocked deposit on my card so there wasn't enough credit to book with another company. i asked them to clear the block immediately, they said they'd call back, and of course they never did. deal with them at your peril
