Only a part of that was refunded by the extra insurance I had booked through booking.com. Read the small print. Make pictures of the car, also of the underside, because they will make up damage that simply is not there. Be aware: the office is not at Luton Airport, but in a nearby hotel. To get there, you need to take a bus. Not a company shuttle or an airport bus, but public transport. Don't return the car outside the opening hours, because they charge you extra if you leave the key earlier. Don't lose time with their pre-registration system, scanning all your documents, because you will have to fill in all documents again at their desk anyway. Better steer away from this louche company.
