Be careful of Manchester Airport branch, I arrived after long flight with my mother in law 80 years old. I arrived and they said your booked car is not available right now (vw passat @ £250 for a week) , the alternative is toyota corolla @ £750 extra or kia @ £ 1000 extra. It was a very hard situation for me. What to do, time is not in my side with a tired elderly woman.
My advise, first do not use their serviced. Two, if you are forced and you have the time insist on your booking.
