Car breaks down. Wait for hours in the middle of nowhere (family with infants) for a replacement car. We receive an even older car with all kinds of malfunctions. No working airco (35+ degrees), exhaust fumes in the cabine. Not starting. Horror to drive.
Called for a replacement car. No option other than to return this one and wait (without car) for two days for repairs. Horrible service..
