The Green Motion team acknowledged this change and confirmed the amendment. However, here's where things took a drastic turn for the worse. On August 30, 2023, despite the prior confirmation of the revised pick-up date, I found myself stranded at Abu Dhabi Airport, alongside my wife, for a significant duration. We were left waiting for a rental car that simply did not arrive. This situation was not just inconvenient; it was deeply distressing, especially considering it happened during our honeymoon. To make matters worse, we had no choice but to take a taxi from the airport to our destination, incurring a substantial expense of 500 AED.
