Was charged above £1000 for a scratch underneath the car front bumper. When I took the car never went underneath the car to check this. The car is the same when I took pictures before going out and that of coming back but the agent who helped me quickly went for that underneath the bumper scratch and said it was me. He acted as if he knew where the scratch was. I check how much it would cost to repair it but Greenmotion hasn't said anything until now.
Disappointed EasyJet shouldn't direct it's customers for these people car hire.
