Green Motion at Miami International Airport is basically an insurance scam. Over a 740 dollars rental, they said I had to pay 1000 additionally for "insurance" despite the fact that 1) I have an extendable insurance in the US 2) I paid additional insurance via Orbitz.
This was not only me. Five of seven people entering the facility with me decided to leave for the same reason.
