Booked a car online to pick up in Miami airport via Expedia. The location is far away, took 30 min to wait for shuttle.
In the office waited 40 min having 2 customers ahead of mine. After spending all that time I found that Green Motion doesn't accept my insurance (via Costco) and I have to get their insurance which brings the rent cost too high. Declined. Asked for refund - got a lot of words why it is impossible to make it now. So I left and was charged full rent cost. Didn't even bother myself to call them after
Advice: read all terms ahead of booking. I usually do, but the information critical to me (about the use of personal insurance) was not on a surface. Found it later when I knew what to look for.
My failure, I accept it but I wish the service team treat customers better
