The agent at the airport kept asking how much I paid the UK agent for the daily rate and tried to pressure me into canceling my UK booking to rebook directly with them—clearly an attempt to cut out the overseas agent's commission/discount.
They used highly unethical tactics, including refusing to honor the unlimited mileage I had already booked and paid for, even though my email confirmation clearly stated it. This kind of behavior is disgusting and completely unacceptable.
I would never book with Green Motion again—whether directly or through an agent. Avoid them at all costs!
