Overall we were happy with the car and the service. Good quality for a reasonable price.
The email for the car return should have mentioned clearly and explicitly that the car has to be returned at the drop and go zone ( and not at the rental car return).
Unfortunately we never got a response to our email about the missing papers and user guide in the car.
