Customers MUST know that Eversure and other Excess Insurers DO NOT cover Greenmotion. So you MUST take out their internal extra protection or put yourself at risk. This is the key point. Ask yourself WHY?
As far as the rental is concerned, that went well. You get an older car but that was OK on the 2nd hire. The 1st hire had a wheel vibration issue.
