We had a slighly unusual booking , in that my wife already a car, which was due to be dropped off, and I was picking up a new one. We then thought we might keep the original, however Alexandria the agent there looked at every possibility for us, and gave us the best deal. She worked very hard for our benefit, so I must give her and other helpers full credit for a very fast and efficient service.
