The location at “Heathrow” is not even close to the airport. You’re dependent on a shuttle that they don’t control to get you there. It was going to be a 1.5 hr wait so we had to pay for a cab to get there.
Then they have outrageous administrative fees. I got a parking ticket that was not actually my fault and had to dispute it but just the act of forwarding it on to me, they charged me £68.
They are the absolute worst and I would never recommend them.
