I have used Green motion and Bristol airport several times over the last few months, always find them to be reasonably priced for the cars. Just booked last weekend and due to a flight delay and being stuck on the tarmac in Bristol for 20 mins, I could only get to their office at about 10 past 8 in the evening. As a result they slapped me with a £36 out of hours fee for being 10 minutes late, despite me calling them 3 times to advise them that I was on my way. There was nothing clear in the booking about this clause. Given the business I have given them recently they clearly do not value customer service or loyalty. Man on the desk could not have been less sympathetic of friendly. Buyer beware, will stay clear of them in the future
