I’ve booked with green motion many times before (in Europe) but this time (in South Africa) I’ve been not happy.
First the good: great car, friendly staff, quick rental process…
But, the pick up driver came very late which was very unpleasant; and when I returned the car with a small scratch at the passenger door, I was charged an exorbitant amount of money which is taken straight from the deposit. We all know they’re not going to repair the scratch. Absolute ridiculous. I’m aware that I’m responsible for the damage and that there will be a charge but it’s about the super high amount which upsets me.
Probably won’t do green motion ever again.
