Two gentlemen working on 09/04/25 at 9 am super uncaring and does not belong in the industry of guest services. Car was dented, no hub caps, missing gas cap door, scratches, no spare tire, ac vents broken, check engine light on etc. I asked to pay for upgrade and they said won’t be available during my entirety of the stay. Don’t know how it’s possible to even rent this car out. We felt so unsafe as not knowing if it would break down so we decided to use only to get to our destination and park it. We ensued using taxis etc to get around. What a joke. If going to Podgorica airport I highly recommend to use another company. I feel as if I was treated badly based on my ethnicity.
