We booked our car on the basis that we were picking it up from Euston Station. The EXACT details as per our booking (and throughout all stages of the booking process) were:

But when we rang we were advised - they DO NOT operate AT ALL out of Euston Station. I can't help but thinking this is a major marketing ploy...
... So plan-ruining and disappointing. Not to mention dodgy.
