I booked for a car on Green Motion website and was charged the cost at the time of my booking. When I arrived at Bodrum airport in Turkey, I was unable to take the car because I didn’t have a credit card, only a debit one. I called the customer service number to ask for a refund, unfortunately they don’t speak English and are only able to say: “I will call you later”. I haven’t been contacted yet.
I rented a car from the car rental agency next to it CarPlus, which accepted my debit card. However, this cost me more money.
My overall experience with Green Motion is very negative and frustrating. In the future, I will not rent with Green Motion.
