Unfortunately our fairly new and top-of-the-range leisure battery was flat when we came to pick up the caravan. We only found out when we tested the replaced omnivent.
We also had to remind the team about our replacement flip-up table, which has been an on-going issue since we first picked up the caravan in March 2019!
However, the Greentrees customer service team are always very friendly and helpful. I think the workshop lets them down sometimes...
