I just made an error in ordering. Somehow I ordered one card twice. Contacted GCU late yesterday 11/28/20 and today, Sunday 11/29/20 I received a reply stating my duplicate would be cancelled and my account credited. Not being very computer literate, I was concerned, but the matter was corrected promptly. I have made order mistakes in the pasts and GCU has resolved my problems efficiently and their responses are always polite and helpful. I love the prices and quality of the cards. And I enjoy having the opportunity to personalize them. My card recipients are always pleased to receive one of them. I plan to continue ordering cards from GCU.
