1. I had a request for an unusual greeting card I couldn’t find on the GCU site so I emailed Customer Support. They got back to me quickly and showed me cards they already carry for the occasion I needed, but I was unable to find on my own. 2. GCU has cards you can’t find anywhere else. Much better than Hallm___. 3. If they don’t have a card you need, they will ask their team of artists to create one for you. I have had them create a card or two before. 4. I like their coupons/discounts 5. I have been shopping at GCU for years. 6. Never needed to return anything. 7. Usually have the cards shipped to me with a blank envelope so I can write inside if I wish and put on a USPS “Happy Birthday” stamp and my own return address sticker. 8. Sometimes I have had my cards directly shipped to someone when it is more convenient for me. 9. Keeps a list of my addresses so I can easily look up the address instead of having to get out my address book. 10. Usually let you choose a matte or glossy finish to the cards you want.

I made a spelling mistake in my order information and they notified me and then fixed it promptly, on a weekend!

I ordered some cards, forgot to apply my promo, sent an email to the customer service email, and they responded within 24 hours and credited my account with the price of the promo. GREAT!!

Large selection. Great prices. Lots of customization: Numbers, names, fonts (type/color/size), even upload a pic! I have been with GCU for 8 years. In all that time I have yet to find a card service that is equal to them. I highly recommend GCU!

Customer Service is second none. I have never had any problems in alll of the years I hve been a loyal customer. The quality and price of the cards I have purchased are excellent. Delivery is fast. I would highly reccomend this company!

First I must say the Customer Service is EXCELLENT. To me that is so important and makes me want to continue to shop at Greeting Card Universe. I had made an error on one of my cards and they corrected immediately with no fuss. The quality of the cards is also excellent. I like the fact that you can personalize the cards inside and, in some cases even on the front of the card. Great feature. Also, I can stay home and shop for my cards at my leisure. Getting harder to get out and shop so this is great. The only thing I must remember to do, and this may help others, is to start shopping in time to get the card on time for the occasion, especially if you live outside of the United States.

I had been ordering cards recently and had finished selecting (and personalizing) on about 6 cards. Suddenly, a power outage. When I went back into site, I had LOST all of my selection (argh). I sent a message to "tech support" and they were able to recover all my lost items within ONE hour. Amazing!!! The company has offered me outstanding service during the years I've used them. Thank you GCU!!!

I have used this site for years and have ordered well over 100 cards from them for every occasion. They have so many choices to choose from for the perfect card to personalize. The cards are high quality, great prices and fast delivery. I recently had a small problem and emailed them. They responded back to me immediately with help. It was my computer problem and not their problem! Excellent customer service.

The cards are always high quality. The one time I had to use them, customer service was wonderful. Responded quickly and solved the problem, even though it was the fault of USPS and not them.

Love ordering from Greeting Card Universe. I especially like that I could have printed on the inside of the cards the name of the person(s) who the card is for and a closing greeting with a special sentiment. Also, like the specials to save money. And the convenience of Having the cards mailed Directly to the recipients from the company.

My Valentine card was delivered 4:56PM on Valentine's Day, 10 days after I ordered it. I would have liked it delivered at least 9 days after ordering it, but it never had a tracking number, so I thought my order was lost. I will order earlier next time.

I am legally blind due to AMD, which makes it impossible to read and buy cards in a store On my computer I can expand words and enjoy shopping for cards.
