No provision to delay sending card. Card sent 1 say early, never arrived anyway. I got what I paid for.

I saw a lot of good reviews so placed an order for a card to give to my husband on our Golden Wedding Anniversary. It hadn’t shown up 2 days before I needed it so I contacted them and they said they would overnight it. Never happened. Ended up with a refund which isn’t what I wanted but oh well I’ll give my business to a reliable company instead.

I am not always to complete my order at the first entry. But I am not able to save it for additional entries. That is very frustrating to me...and a loss for you. I love your website; but am frustrated by my ability to save my choices for a short delay.

I ordered ten cards, (two were doubles) which I wanted to cancel. The problem with my order was that Your payment processing was not accepting my payment from my debit card. I made two calls to your customer service department, and they promised me they would call me to take care of the problem. I have heard nothing at all from them. I will probably never order any more cards from you for their failure to follow throw on my problem.

I have used this great company before with good results. I made lots of dumb mistakes in preparing my recent card and their amazing customer service held my hand and fixed them all and gave me a free reorder. 🤗😘👍

An absolutely wonderful company, great artists, a wonderful, wonderful, customer service department that corrected my spelling error when I called them in a panic. I have used them for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and other celebrations. A wonderful, wonderful Company and wonderful, talented artists.

Couldn't adjust my order. I just placed it. And, realized I was reordering cards I had already received. OMG! Very up set. Now, my Sister will be receiving 4 additional cards. That don't pertain to her.. They need to have a cancellation option or an adjustment option. If you just recently placed your order. Hope they can help fix this problem. I will be card shopping at Hallmark. Sorry.. Just list a good customer.

I was looking for Rosh Hashanah cards over the past few weeks and found little appeal. Several days AFTER the holiday had passed, I received an email suggesting I select a card for this year. When I pointed out the stupidity of the timing, I got a reply saying essentially "well last year you ordered cards on September 6th". This ignores the fact that the holiday varies from year to year. The second reply was that you have an automated/algorithm that sends out useless reminders that are this useless. Does anyone understand how insulting that is to a customer?

i keep trying to login to my account and can not, i have asked for a temp login in and have gotten nothing in 3 request. they have told me to check spam and i have but get nothing.

They told me that they would fix an email error that I made when ordering and send my confirmation, which they DID NOT do. Going to buy my cards in store.

The card was ordered with sister and brother in law happy. 60th wedding anniversary - it came without 60th on it. Poor quality card. The time it took to come and package very good.

Was sending out a time sensitive card and was glad they let you pick the date for shipment however they messed up and sent the card at the wrong time, this was not good because it was an anniversary of the death of a loved one and caused more turmoil than was needed. So I guess the people who work there must not pay attention to ship date requests. Be careful

My card was a disgrace. It was cut wrong the edges didn’t meet , I could have made it myself better, I am not joking . I was very, very upset, angry and disappointed. I showed my friends and they all agreed it was just a piece of card not even folded correctly. It was a special card for my grandson . I would have returned it immediately but he lives in America and I needed to post it straight away. I will never but another card from here again
