I did not have a bad experience! Taylor did an OUTSTANDING JOB AND I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANYONE TO ANSWER, HE PICKED UP RIGHT A WAY AND EMAILED ME THE LINK. THANKS MUCH ONCE AGAIN, TAYLOR. TAYLOR PLEASE STAY HEALTHLY AND STAY SAFE. LIN FROM OAKLAND, CA

Was sending out a time sensitive card and was glad they let you pick the date for shipment however they messed up and sent the card at the wrong time, this was not good because it was an anniversary of the death of a loved one and caused more turmoil than was needed. So I guess the people who work there must not pay attention to ship date requests. Be careful

My card was a disgrace. It was cut wrong the edges didn’t meet , I could have made it myself better, I am not joking . I was very, very upset, angry and disappointed. I showed my friends and they all agreed it was just a piece of card not even folded correctly. It was a special card for my grandson . I would have returned it immediately but he lives in America and I needed to post it straight away. I will never but another card from here again

We never received our order and have yet to receive a refund. I contacted someone and have never heard back from them after they said they would look into it. Very poor customer service.

Paid extra for priority shipping which was supposed to take 2 -4 business days. It is now 7 business days and no sign of my order. Called customer service and was told it could take another 5 business days (2 weeks total!). All blamed on USPS which I use all the time and experience excellent service and fast deliveries. It's not he first time I've had this problem with your company. Something fishy! Customers being overcharged for shipping and getting woefully inferior service.

Unhappy that my order for two Christmas cards is not arriving until December 29th, too late for this year. In light of that fact, a refund is in order, or at the very least a partial one.

I ordered 20+ cards that were shipped on the 10th of December - Two were birth cards for relatives due after the 15th! It is now 12 days and all the tracking information shows is "in transit" for the last 3 days! I know it's now the companies fault completely; but right now I think they need to find an alternate way of mailing the orders as the postal office is very unreliable! All previous orders this year were received in a timely manner and I love the cards - better than I have found in any card store or the Dollar stores. They have a huge variety and more categories than you could imagine.

Ordered 2 supposedly in stock themed specific Christmas cards on December 9th and it is now 14 days since that order and no cards. I have sent several hundred stock cards to friends and family all over the US (after Dec 9) and they received theirs in spite of Covid delays in 3 to 4 days. For a company as large as this one that has a promise of next day shipping, they sure have failed in their efforts to take care of their customers or at least this customer.

I’m a first time customer and I ordered 10 Christmas cards on December 8. I received an email from you saying that they were mailed on December 9,and I still haven’t received them. So disappointed 😔

I am a first time customer and ordered 1 card for my Grandson’s First Christmas on November 27. I can’t review the card because I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT and today is December 13th! The tracking is useless because it hasn’t been updated since December 5th! Very, very disappointing!

It can not be in transit since 9/29 From Brooklyn 11235 to my house, that located at the same zip code. It is lost, someone should be responsible, it was very personal

They mixed up my order and sent the wrong cards to the wrong individuals and this caused me a major issue.

No option for returns or refunds. This company's "artist" either mistakenly included the wrong date of our event, or purposely did to increase sales. They claim I was given a proof to approve, but I was only privy to the first three words of the text. Thankfully I have enough time to go elsewhere. I will not be played. You shouldn't either. Find another card company.

On Aug. 17th you said you were sending the missing envelopes from my order, that's 10 days ago & no envelopes have arrived. Not the service I expected, not too sure I'll order again.

I have know idea what went wrong I placed an order for Birthday cards and never received them. I emailed and was told they would be sent out Never Received Them!!
