“I asked them to locate a card for me”

“I love the cards and they are high quality. I inadvertently purchased a birthday card with very small print which could barely be read not realizing I could change the size of the print. That’s my error but nonetheless it was lovely and did send it. The order did take a longer time to arrive than I anticipated so I will be more careful in the future to allow for that.”

“Very good customer service! The order arrived with an error but once I informed Customer Service, the agent, KC, immediately rectified the issue, reprinted the cards, free of charge. Thank you for the great customer service, KC!”

“I like the cards a lot, but there was not a lot of choices for the 50th anniversary for your work place. Unless I missed them. There were a lot of pretty cards for 50th wedding anniversary though. The price was very good and delivery was good too.”

“Excellent service! One of the cards I received had incorrect names printed on it. I notified them with an email and heard back right away. Cards arrive quite quickly and the selection was good. The quality of paper used was okay, but good for the price. I definately will be using them again.”

“I would have given 5 stars if the card had not gone missing. Although my original card did not arrive I was very impressed that my complaint was dealt with immediately and a replacement card was sent. The recipient's loved the card, the price was very reasonable and the service I received was excellent.”

“I ordered 6 cards and I'm satisfied with 5 of them. One of the cards has very light printing inside the card. It's barely legitable. I'll try to send a picture”
