When I received someone else’s card order, your Customer Service Representative, KC, corrected the error in a timely fashion.

I am happy with my cards as usual. Unfortunately the mail service caused greater than usual delays. However l have been very well treated and compensated. As l:mentioned in a previous review l woukd lije to see the spelling if Mum as we do it in Au and also some research in to some of the Dports played apart from USA. Chrutmas Snow scenes are lovely l envy those who havre ot Hete it us often hot or this year La Niña will cause rain , hummidity and even flood? Sobs me cards with images of occasions in countries around pd the universe not just in the USA I knit it is a huge Country so l do understand od the market demographic. I end by saying l do lije the petdonalmcards fir family members and will, remaimpn a customer if the mail service allies. Many people atehivingbup on Cards which l think is sad. Too much texting a lack of personal contact makes this world not so nice a pkace to be sometimes. Thank you , Old Liza

I originally gave this company only a single star. The reason was I ordered a birthday card for my wife and I paid extra to have it sent as quickly as possible. A couple of weeks later I received an e-mail from this company asking me how I liked my card. I sent back a "nastygram" telling them what I thought about their company as I had not yet received the card. A couple of days later I received back an e-mail (not a "nastygram"). They advised they had sent the card out some time earlier. They asked me to confirm my mail address, etc. ---the mail address was correct. Why the card never arrived I will probably never know. I would normally have rated this company with five stars but they lost a star because they did not check nearly soon enough to ensure I had receive the card, especially when I had paid extra to have the card delivered as soon as possible. The card arrived today and the quality of the card was excellent.

I had a problem with my purchase and it was a long weekend. I called on the following Monday and it was resolved promptly. Very pleased with the service as I am from Canada. Hopefully it comes on time.
