“They replaced my order when I did not receive it!! The new replacement order came Priority Mail and it was all bent up and had damaged my card. Then the next day I got my original order that took 15 days to get here. Luckily it was fine!! Excellent company and wonderful to get immediate response! The USPS, not so much!”

“After placing an order, I realized I used the wrong picture. I contacted Customer Support and Taylor promptly fixed the card using the new picture - at no additional cost! Now my granddaughter will have the perfect birthday card! Thanks,Taylor!!”

“I found a different picture after I placed my order. I sent an e-mail asking if the company would make a substitute picture for my card. Immediately, Taylor in customer support contacted me and worked with me to make the perfect card for my granddaughter.”

“Been ordering matte cards ONLY, never glossy for years. I think most glossy cards look cheap & "Dollar Store" quality. This is the call I had with your customer service today (May 20th, 2024). I have been ordering cards for years from this company. I don't typically see the cards because I have them directly sent to the people. I had a card for my mother-in-law's 93rd birthday. Always order in matte because otherwise, I think the cards look like "dollar store" cards in glossy. The card came to us in what I consider glossy (cheap looking). I was told by a rep they no longer do the matte finish (in the traditional matte) because supposedly there was a smell that customers were complaining about in the matte. Glossy is when they add an additional coat of gloss to the card. Matte is not matte, it is glossy without the additional gloss. I might have to start looking for another card company. I know I had cards sent to me years ago that were definitely the true matte and classy looking. I am so frustrated. You need to take Matte off the selection since it is still glossy, not matte. I gave it 3 stars instead of less stars because I do like that you can add a photo and your own personal greeting.”

“I love the ease of sending cards to family and friends! Especially for older relatives, receiving a card in the mail is such a treat for them, even better when I upload a picture! Recently Greeting Card Universe was able to fix an order for me - I really appreciated their fast response. Highly recommend to everyone!”

“I was having issues saving a photo for a personalized card. I went on live chat and was advised to email the photo to customer service to resize it. I literally had my photo back within minutes of my original email and was able to upload the photo and complete the card. I have been using greeting card universe for years and have never been disappointed. Thank you for your prompt service”

“1. I had a request for an unusual greeting card I couldn’t find on the GCU site so I emailed Customer Support. They got back to me quickly and showed me cards they already carry for the occasion I needed, but I was unable to find on my own. 2. GCU has cards you can’t find anywhere else. Much better than Hallm___. 3. If they don’t have a card you need, they will ask their team of artists to create one for you. I have had them create a card or two before. 4. I like their coupons/discounts 5. I have been shopping at GCU for years. 6. Never needed to return anything. 7. Usually have the cards shipped to me with a blank envelope so I can write inside if I wish and put on a USPS “Happy Birthday” stamp and my own return address sticker. 8. Sometimes I have had my cards directly shipped to someone when it is more convenient for me. 9. Keeps a list of my addresses so I can easily look up the address instead of having to get out my address book. 10. Usually let you choose a matte or glossy finish to the cards you want.”
