I was having issues saving a photo for a personalized card. I went on live chat and was advised to email the photo to customer service to resize it. I literally had my photo back within minutes of my original email and was able to upload the photo and complete the card. I have been using greeting card universe for years and have never been disappointed. Thank you for your prompt service
