They replaced my order when I did not receive it!! The new replacement order came Priority Mail and it was all bent up and had damaged my card. Then the next day I got my original order that took 15 days to get here. Luckily it was fine!! Excellent company and wonderful to get immediate response! The USPS, not so much!
