I had previously written a negative review because of poor communication and extreme delay in delivery by USPS. Perhaps in the Christmas season, USPS should not be the means of delivery. I did complain to Greeting Card Universe and they have reordered my cards and are in the process of getting these to me. If my 2020 Covid Christmas cards arrive in time to mail, all is forgiven! I have always been satisfied with product and delivery but this time I was disappointed by delivery. Greeting Card Universe is promising to make it good!
