I learned my lesson.
Been a customer of theirs for the last 2-3 years.
DO NOT ORDER BULK CARDS.
I read all the reviews and most problems were with bulk orders - SAME AS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. Ordered 9 cards. 2 arrived. 7 didn't.
KC was very helpful but I think it's their company's tracking system, not their support group that is the problem.
