KC customer service was "too good to be true"...yet it really exists!
The do-over card I received was just perfect and now I can send a beautifully personalized bday card to my niece (the first version was not!) With the fantastic customer service, coupled with your "USPS"( "ur superb posting schedule")...WOW! Thanks, ~S
