I love that you can change the message inside the card, pick the color of ink, and change the font.
Cards are usually shipped within 24 hours after ordering, even when you customize the card.
Due to a computer issue, I was charged shipping and should not have been. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded and refunded the shipping charge. I have placed over 10 orders in the past year and this was the only time there was a problem. Excellent service!
