This is the second time that I have place an order with Greeting Card Universe. I questioned what appeared to be a double billing and informed the company immediately. I was contacted in less than 24 hours and the answers provided were excellent. No double billing took place - it was just the way it was on my statement. I will continue to use this company for any future card needs and also will be giving the address to others. The cards I have ordered are personalized and I am looking forward to receiving them soon.
