I have been ordering cards from Greeting Card Universe for close to two years now and have been 100% happy with every card I've ordered. One exception, though, was a card that had a crimped edge. I contacted Customer Service right away and received a reply within a short time saying that they would be more than happy to send a replacement free of charge.
I am a very pleased customer.
