I have ordered cards many times and never had a problem with delivery.
I was out of town and when I got back it showed that the package was delivered the week before but I never received the package. You notified the company and they understood and sent out the cards again and I received the cards within a couple of days.
Great company to deal with and I will continue to order cards from them.
