I got a very quick, helpful (and timely reply) from Greeting Card Universe. I had ordered a valentine in advance to be mailed to my boyfriend. Unfortunately, we broke up so I reached out to see if I could cancel the "send" from Greeting Card Universe. Not only did they cancel, but they unexpectedly refunded me. Many kudos to great customer service!
