I have been using Greeting Card Universe for a long while now. Never had an issue with getting to me on time until this past Father's Day. I paid extra for quick delivery to be sure I got it before Father's Day. It still has not arrived. This was a first disappointment for me with this Company. However, I wrote to them and to my happy surprise, they are giving me a full refund because it's way past the Holiday and I still have not received the card. It seems to be a Postal issue, Not Greeting Card Universe.
