My wife and I sent a card to a young friend who is having a birthday. We sent a special message with a Bible verse and signed our name at the bottom of the card. He received the card on time but, on the inside, it had a different message and two unknown people signed at the bottom. When I let greeting card universe know what happened, They made that right, apologized, and send another card. I was pleased.
