I had a question over the weekend about sending a card from my private gallery. My sister-in-law had requested a special card for my brother's birthday in 10 days. When I saw that the hours for customer service were weekdays, I was hoping for a response early this week. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an answer to my question on Sunday. As usual, the response from GCU was respectful, patient and thorough. My question was answered, I ordered the card and all is well. Thank you so much!
