I ordered a Naval Academy graduation card from GSU. The tracking number showed that the card had been delivered, but I had not received it. After waiting a few days (to see if it arrived) I called customer service. KC was pleasant and professional. She is resending the card at no charge. I am VERY pleased with how my problem was resolved. Thank you, KC!
