The videos on how to tighten and how to shorten are very helpful. I just discovered them after owning my belt for a couple of weeks. The belt doesn't lie flat, yet, as the nylon needs to be "broken in" to become more flexible. The belt seems a bit expensive for what it is. It may not sound like it, but, I like my belt.
