Honestly I was very disappointed after using this belt. I read all the reviews and I thought this would be the perfect belt, but sadly it turned out to be a huge $30 disappointment. Putting the belt on is the easy part but every time I sit down the belt becomes undone or loosens to the point that every time I stand up I have to readjust the belt. I don’t even use the belt anymore I recently bought a cheap $10 belt from Walmart and it works better then this Grip6 belt.
