My order was completely botched, sent to the wrong address. When I finally tracked it down myself and asked about it; the response was devoid of haste or concern to satisfy me on any level. I was given an immediate and "cheerful" offer to return my payment that appeared to be a statement that the product is not something worth having anyway, or that I as a customer was not considered of any value to the company! I was excited about the product but the interaction was just insulting.
