I was very excited about this product and asked Santa for one. I watched the sizing video and ordered a size up to have extra if needed. I received the order and tried it and instantly disappointed...I could not get the belt to stay snug for more than a few minutes. I called grip 6 twice in a week and emailed their support twice so 4 attempts to contact grip 6 to figure out the issue back nothing. No callback no emails. So sad to say I will be returning this product due to lack of support....
